Attendees learned about the wicked problems facing the workforce today and how they can take actionable steps to facilitate a more fair workplace and ensure all employees are set up to succeed.
Expert panelists built upon the Workforce 100% Kickoff event where speakers highlighted the challenge of workplace equity in everything from compensation to well-being, noting a large gap between leader/manager perceptions of workplace fairness compared to that experienced by their employees.
