Muhammad Qasem Jami is a Program Manager at the Center for Sustainable Business (CSB) at the University of Pittsburgh, where he creates, implements, and assists in program delivery relating to sustainability and education across campus for the CSB Member Community. He serves as liaison between internal and external stakeholders regarding sustainability, policies and procedures, and communications, and coordinates project communications across multiple channels. He tracks and reports metrics to document impact and improve the effectiveness of programs. He has primary responsibility for creating impact through excellence in signature Member experiences such as the Sustainable Business Forum. 

With over 19 years of international experience in education, advising, and program leadership, Muhammad Qasem also brings a strong background in language education, global engagement, and community development. He has served as a Fulbright Scholar, EducationUSA Advisor with the U.S. Department of State, and faculty member at the Spring International Language Center at the University of Arkansas and universities abroad. His career reflects a deep commitment to empowering individuals through education, mentorship, and access to opportunity.
